Refund.

If the pool never opens, every pre-open paid mint is 100% refundable in ETH. It is written in the contract: permissionless, unblockable, and no admin can stop it.

How it works

Your pre-open ETH is protected

Every payment before the pool opens is held 100% in escrow in the mint contract. The 20% treasury cut is deferred until the pool opens, so if it never does, there is nothing to withhold and you get everything back.

1
You mint before open. Your full ETH payment is escrowed, not spent.
2
The pool never opens. Fewer than 10,000 paid shares are minted.
3
30 days pass since the first mint. The refund window opens, on-chain.
4
You call refund() and receive 100% of your ETH. Your shares are burned.

If the pool does open, the mint succeeded and refunds close — your ETH is in the burned liquidity pool, working for the token.
